SHELVES PROJECT 2015-2020

Shelves Project questionne à la fois l’espace d’exposition et à la fois le processus créatif. Depuis 2015, entre objets d’inspirations et oeuvres d’artistes, Lia Rochas-Pàris dispose ses sélections sur une étagère de son atelier. Shelves Project met également l'accent sur l'intimité que l'artiste entretient avec les objets de son quotidien ainsi que sur la notion de transmission lorsque l'artiste installe ses pièces dans un autre espace que le sien.

Shelves Project a également fait l’objet d’installation extra-muros à la galerie Le Coeur x Wise Women, La villa Vassilief, A Rebours x Lafayette Anticipations et à l’appartement 341.

SHELVES PROJECT 2015-2020

Shelves Project questions the exhibition space and the creative process. Since 2015, between objects of inspiration and artists art pieces, Lia Rochas-Pàris curate her selections on a shelf in her studio. Shelves Project also emphasizes the intimacy that the artist maintains with everyday objects as well as the notion of transmission when the artist installs his pieces in a space other than his own.

Shelves Project has also been the subject of extramural installations at Le Coeur gallery, La villa Vassilief, A Rebours x Lafayette Anticipations and apartment 341.
